Estee Lauder's Pure Color Envy Hi-Lustre Light Sculpting Lipstick has launched in Singapore, and if you're a lipstick junkie, y'all're probably enlightened of this already. The lipsticks are supposed to offer "lustrous color" with "brilliant shine" according to the Estee Lauder website, so finally we have a product that's bucking the matte lips trend that I've been seeing on Instagram. I can't say that I accept strong feelings 1 way or the other, though - as far as lip products go, I'm happy with anything that doesn't have huge chunks of glitter!

Estee Lauder'southward Pure Color Green-eyed Hello-Lustre Lipsticks do have a pretty corking color range, and in Singapore we'll be getting over ten shades. I've swatched all eleven of them (yes I know that only x shades are lined up below, I found an extra shade to swatch subsequently taking that photograph), and I have to say, these are a range of very squeamish, wearable shades. We have a number of nudes and MLBB (My Lips But Meliorate) shades, as well as some wearable reds and plums. The cease is nice as well, with a texture that isn't likewise heavy or thick, and feels moisturizing on lips, and a moist, subtle sheen that is pretty sophisticated - there isn't any overtly "oily"-looking smooth or mesomorphic-looking glitter.

Nude Reveal is a neutral nude pink shade that would look awesome on fair skintones. The nice thing about this nude shade is that it doesn't lean too orangey or warm, and then it looks more like a pink-biscuit rather than a weird bandaid-y pale beige.
Ability Mode is a neutral pink MLBB for off-white to light skintones. This ane leans slightly cool. It's very pretty, and definitely a very wearable shade.
Vehement Bloom is a coral shade that's pretty article of clothing, and leans warm.
Pretty Lucky is a neutral muted reddish shade. If you're looking for a vesture red, this is a great place to start, every bit the pigmentation on this is pretty buildable. It'south less orange and warm-leaning than Vehement Blossom, and is a true neutral.
Pretty Shocking is also a red-based shade, but this one really has some pink thrown in, and is libation-toned than either Fierce Flower or Pretty Lucky. I think this is a great wearable pink-scarlet for cooler-toned ladies (although I'm pretty sure some warm-toned girls can pull this off too!)
Hot Chills is a warm muted red shade. Information technology'due south simply a hair browner than Fierce Flower.

Sheer Sin, is, as you might guess from the name, a sheer-ish muted medium pink shade. Again, this one is going to exist quite universally flattering for fair-to-lite skintones.
Drop Expressionless Ruby-red is a lovely truthful neutral burn engine ruddy, and in my stance, is perhaps the carmine that "pops" the nigh out of all the ruby-based shades. And then if yous're looking for a more intense red, this is the one to become for.
Bad Affections is a medium warm nude with a hint of coral. It's actually a very pretty shade for warmer-toned ladies.
Thrill Seeker is one of my favourites of the range, and is a pinky-plume shade that leans cool. It'south slightly vivid, but still very vesture.
Sly Ingenue is also some other ane of my favourites, and this was the shade I ended up going dwelling with! Information technology'southward a plum shade, but not a vampy one - it'due south still very much plum rather than near-black. This is some other great shade for the absurd-toned ladies!

Across the range, the pigmentation was good, and was buildable. The showtime swipe might not requite the intense "Pow" colour you expect, but a couple of swipes will give yous very skilful pigmentation. Then if you have, say, a red shade, you could vary the intensity with more or less swipes. Each of the swatches was nigh ii swipes, so it's a good thought of what the pigmentation would wait like when worn on the lips.
