According to these agreements, Georgia and Ukraine shall hold harmless, bring no legal proceedings and indemnify the United States and its personnel, contractors and contractors' personnel, for damage to property, or decease or injury to whatsoever persons in Georgia and Ukraine, arising out of activities under this Understanding.
